In addition, those denoted with ** are a part of the management team. *** Sizwe is the only part-time member of the staff. He is an ex-officio member of the management team, the executive and he is an active member of the board **** Nirintsoa is with World Changers for 1-2 years with 2 primary focuses: 1) To learn about the organisation in order to pilot it in Madagascar and 2) To help improve our various programmes, drawing from his vast experience in training programmes around the world ***** Mdumiseni is managing 8 staff members running World Changers programmes in the Manguzi region of Northern KwaZulu Natal. He reports both to the partner organization implementing these programmes there (Tholulwazi) as well as to World Changers. The 8 staff of Tholulwazi are also listed as on the staff list in a separate section. ****** Khaya is pioneering life skills programmes in various communities in the Pietermaritzburg Rural region, as part of a partnership with Lily of the Valley. The plan is for him to start life skills programmes in 8 different areas in the region, raising up full-time coordinators in the process.
